Terms of Use
These plain-language terms cover the current ProcureDeal preview. They are not a substitute for final production terms that may be required before paid or enterprise use.
AI-generated drafts require human review
ProcureDeal produces draft questionnaire responses from the questionnaire and evidence supplied to the service. The output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular buyer. You remain responsible for reviewing accuracy, completeness, consistency and commercial implications before submitting any answer to a buyer, regulator, auditor or other third party.
No certification, legal advice or guaranteed acceptance
The service does not certify compliance, provide legal advice, replace professional security or privacy review, or guarantee that a questionnaire response satisfies a buyer, framework, contract or regulatory obligation. A confidence score or evidence citation is a workflow aid, not a certification.
Authorized use of uploaded material
You must have the right to upload and process the questionnaire and supporting documents you provide. Do not use ProcureDeal to process material that your organization is prohibited from sharing with the service or that you are not authorized to handle.
Evidence and answer responsibility
ProcureDeal is designed to avoid unsupported claims by flagging missing evidence, but you should not rely on that safeguard as a substitute for your own review. Security, privacy, legal, product and compliance owners should approve answers that fall within their area of responsibility.
Preview availability and changes
The current product is an MVP and may change, experience interruptions or add new functionality. Capabilities such as authentication, document storage, payments and third-party integrations may require updated production terms or separate commercial agreements. Where a signed agreement applies, that agreement should control over this preview page for the covered use.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to use the service to fabricate certifications, misrepresent controls, submit information you know is false, interfere with the service, or process documents you are not permitted to use. The purpose of the product is to make evidence review more efficient while keeping accountable human approval in the loop.
